Powbet Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Powbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and you ("User", "you", "your") in connection with your access to and use of the Powbet website located at powbet.cam and all associated services, content and features made available through that domain.

Powbet is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform. Our content covers cricket, PSL, T20 tournaments, ICC fixtures, football, UFC and live casino categories, and is targeted at adult users in Pakistan who choose to engage with online betting and gaming content. By accessing or using any part of the Powbet platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction), that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and Powbet. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register for and use a Powbet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction — at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where accessing this Platform would constitute a violation of applicable law.
• You have not previously had a Powbet account suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary exclusion agreement with any gambling operator that would preclude you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

To access full platform features, you must create a Powbet account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one active Powbet account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential at all times. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. Powbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available to protect your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Powbet immediately by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend access to an account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised use.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Powbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not use the Platform for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms. In particular, and without limitation, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from Powbet;
• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper, spider or other data-collection technology to access, index or scrape Platform content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or related systems;
• Use the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or for any advertising purpose;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure or security;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

All Content made available on the Platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Powbet makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of Content but does not warrant that all information — including but not limited to odds, game descriptions, bonus terms and payment guides — is free from errors or up to date at any given moment. You should independently verify any information that is material to a financial decision before acting on it.

Deposits to your Powbet account are processed via the payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability may change and is not guaranteed. Users in Pakistan should note that payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as contextual examples only — their availability in the cashier depends on current operator integrations and your account's verification status.

Powbet does not charge deposit fees as a general rule, but your payment provider may impose fees subject to their own terms. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of our compliance team;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before such funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• The withdrawal amount must meet any minimum withdrawal threshold specified in the cashier at the time of the request;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible;
• Processing times are subject to payment-provider schedules, compliance review queues and bank clearing cycles — no specific processing time is guaranteed by Powbet.

Powbet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload incentives, free spins, cashback schemes and other promotional benefits to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering/Rollover: Bonus funds (and in some cases the qualifying deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple and qualifying wager base are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum single-wager limit applies while a bonus is active (e.g. PKR 1,000 per bet or spin). Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino or sports markets. The contribution schedule is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds expire within the period stated in the specific promotion's terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from activation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, stated in the specific promotion's terms (e.g. PKR 25,000).
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Abuse of Promotions: Powbet reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus offer where evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to hedging, matched betting or coordinated multi-account use, is identified.

The PKR figures referenced in these Terms are illustrative examples. Actual amounts, requirements and caps are stated in individual promotion materials. Powbet advises all Users to read the full terms of any promotion before opting in.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Powbet Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of any funds held pending investigation, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities where relevant.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal details during registration or KYC, impersonating another individual, or submitting forged, altered or fabricated documents;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, obscure or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or for any purpose that constitutes a money-laundering offence under applicable law;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or maintaining more than one Powbet account per individual, whether under the same or different identities;
• Collusion: Cooperating or communicating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any malfunction, error or technical vulnerability in Platform software for financial gain;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated system to place bets, spin slots or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit;
• Underage Use: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement at any point during which your account is active.

Powbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that online betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a source of income. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users and can be accessed through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount they can deposit to their account;
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Time-based prompts can be configured to alert Users to the duration of their current gambling session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of account activity for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or extended self-exclusion, which will block access to the account.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and view Platform Content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any Platform Content without prior written permission from Powbet.

Any feedback, suggestions or communications you submit to Powbet regarding the Platform may be used by Powbet freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Powbet, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation:

• Any loss of funds, revenue or anticipated profits arising from betting or gaming activity;
• Any loss resulting from reliance on information or content published on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any failure or delay by third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.

The Platform and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Powbet does not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, uninterrupted or secure at all times, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the Platform.

Powbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account shows evidence of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification to our satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order or instruction from a competent authority;
• Continued operation of your account presents a compliance, legal or reputational risk to Powbet.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, Powbet reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where closure is not due to a breach, any verified available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals will continue to be processed in line with normal timelines.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, we encourage you to contact Powbet's support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Powbet is incorporated or principally operates, as applicable. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts and regulatory authorities may also have jurisdiction depending on the nature of any dispute.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where required to prevent irreparable harm.

Powbet reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — for example by displaying an in-platform notification on next login.

Your continued use of the Platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Powbet recommends reviewing this page whenever you receive a notification regarding changes to these Terms.
